Ägs av kommuner – drivs av engagemang! I 25 år har Gryning erbjudit HVB- och öppenvård för barn, ungdomar och familjer, jour- och familjehem, beroendevård, lägenheter med stöd, insatser mot hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck samt LSS-boende. Vi erbjuder rådgivning och utbildning samt hjälper till med placeringar. Gryning ägs av kommunerna i Västra Götaland via de fyra kommunalförbunden.

Grynings HVB Sunnerö öppnade i Alingsås i november 2022. Verksamheten vänder sig till ensamplacerade barn 8 till och med 11 år som har behov av omsorg, behandling och kompletterande utredningar. Vi har verksamhet dygnet runt.

Vi söker nu behandlingspedagog med sovande jour för tillsvidareanställning på deltid 41,17% med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Introduktion kommer att ske dagtid. Provanställning kan komma att tillämpas.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Under natten ligger fokus på att upprätthålla stabilitet, trygghet och säkerhet. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår att upprätthålla miljöarbetet kvällstid och finnas tillgänglig för våra barn samt att göra observationer och enklare dokumentation. Utförande av dagliga rutiner ingår i rollen. Nattetid arbetar två personer, en vaken natt och du som har sovande jour. Vi arbetar med barn och ungdomar som ofta har erfarenheter av trauma, omsorgsbrister och andra svåra livshändelser. Många av de barn vi möter kan uttrycka sin stress, oro och sina känslor genom utagerande beteenden. Arbetet är därför både meningsfullt och utmanande. Det är viktigt att du som söker har förståelse för målgruppens behov och känner dig trygg i att möta barn i komplexa livssituationer.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har minst en tvåårig eftergymnasial utbildning, eller en utbildning som motsvarar detta, med inriktning mot socialt arbete, socialpedagogik, beteendevetenskap eller annat relevant ämnesområde. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med målgruppen. Du är en förebild och har förmåga att skapa trovärdiga och stabila relationer. Du är en del i den struktur som tydliggör och härbärgerar barnens problematik och har förmåga att skapa trygghet och förutsägbarhet. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Körkort är ett krav då resor ingår i arbetet.
