Vill du sprida rörelseglädje och gillar att vara aktiv och få fler i rörelse? En Frisk Generation driver familjeprogrammet Funkis. I Funkis möter vi barn med funktionsvariationer. En Frisk Generation har som mål att förebygga ohälsa, främja en mer jämlik hälsa och bidra till en social delaktighet i närområdet. Vi arbetar utifrån fyra teman; mat, motion, idrott och äventyr och erbjuder barnfamiljer en aktiv fritid och verktyg för hälsosamma vanor.

Våra aktiviteter sker i närområdet där vi också samverkar med lokala föreningslivet.

Vad: Hälsokoordinator

Var: Malmö, Katrinelundsskolan

När: Deltid 20 % dagar, kvällar, samt varannan helgdag

Start: Snarast

Som hälsokoordinator ansvarar du för att planera och genomföra rörelseaktiviteter för barn och familjer. Du kommer rekrytera deltagare och hålla kontakt med deltagande barn och föräldrar samt skapa lokal samverkan. Du kommer regelbundet dokumentera och följa upp verksamheten. Till din hjälp har du unga gruppledare som du är arbetsledare för. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete med barn, att leda grupper eller annan erfarenhet och kompetens som du tror passar.

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med barn med NPF är starkt meriterande då det är denna målgrupp du kommer möta. Om du har en lokal anknytning till Järva är det också meriterande.

Vi tror att du är Initiativrik, drivande och bra på att organisera. Att du är positiv, engagerande, ser varje individs behov och möjligheter samt är bra på att kommunicera och på att skapa kontakt med människor med olika bakgrund.

Av oss får du utbildning i En Frisk Generations metod och ledarskap samt löpande kunskap och inspiration kring fysisk aktivitet, psykisk hälsa och mat. Du får vara en del av En Frisk Generations team med kollegor på flera orter runt om i landet.
