Vi kallar oss för entreprenörsdrivna humanister och söker nu en ny kollega som delar vårt starka engagemang för människor. Vi söker nu en engagerad handledare till vårt kontor i Umeå där man kommer att arbeta inom tjänsterna: Rusta och matcha samt Karriärvägledning. ArbetsuppgifterGenomföra individuella samtal med deltagare och följa deras utveckling mot arbete eller studier. Etablera och underhålla arbetsgivarkontakter för att hitta dolda jobb, matcha deltagare med rätt arbetsplatser samt ordna studiebesök och rekryteringsträffar. Planera, hålla och dokumentera gruppaktiviteter för deltagare som är inskrivna i tjänsterna.. Ansvara för administration i Workbuster (Grade Matcha).

För att arbeta som handledare måste du uppfylla nedanstående krav: Minst ett (1) års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med minst godkänt resultat samt Minst tre (3) års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid i något eller några av följande yrken eller arbetsuppgifter: arbetsledning med personalansvar rekrytering / omställningsarbete för arbetssökande studie- och yrkesvägledning handläggning i personalfrågor (ej enbart personaladministration) arbete med arbetslivs- och arbetsmarknadsfrågor arbete med social- och gruppsykologikarriärvägledning
