Health and Safety Manager Vi söker en erfaren och engagerad Health and Safety Manager som ska ansvara för att säkerställa en trygg och säker arbetsmiljö i ett internationellt projekt på ett datacenter. I rollen arbetar du både operativt och förebyggande med arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsfrågor. Du följer upp att gällande säkerhetsrutiner, lagkrav och projektbestämmelser efterlevs och samarbetar nära med projektledning, arbetsledning, entreprenörer och övrig personal på arbetsplatsen. Arbetsuppgifter Leda och samordna projektets arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsarbete

Genomföra riskbedömningar, säkerhetsinspektioner och skyddsronder

Identifiera risker samt föreslå och följa upp korrigerande åtgärder

Säkerställa att personal och underentreprenörer följer gällande säkerhetsrutiner

Utreda, dokumentera och rapportera olyckor, tillbud och säkerhetsavvikelser

Genomföra säkerhetsintroduktioner och säkerhetsmöten

Upprätta och följa upp arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsdokumentation

Samarbeta med kundens projektledning och Health and Safety-organisation

Verka för en stark och förebyggande säkerhetskultur på arbetsplatsen

Obligatoriska krav Giltig NEBOSH-kvalifikation inom arbetsmiljö och säkerhet

Giltig IOSH-utbildning eller relevant professionellt IOSH-medlemskap

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete som Health and Safety Manager eller i en likvärdig roll

God kunskap om riskbedömningar, incidentrapportering och förebyggande säkerhetsarbete

Förmåga att kommunicera professionellt på engelska i både tal och skrift

God administrativ förmåga och erfarenhet av att upprätta säkerhetsdokumentation

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och fatta beslut i arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsfrågor

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från bygg-, installations-, industri- eller datacenterprojekt. Kandidater ska i ansökan ange vilken NEBOSH-kvalifikation och vilken IOSH-utbildning eller medlemsnivå de har. Kopior av relevanta certifikat och intyg ska kunna uppvisas före anställning. Du är synlig ute i verksamheten, arbetar strukturerat och har förmåga att skapa ett gott säkerhetsmedvetande bland samtliga som arbetar i projektet. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Health and Safety Manager We are looking for an experienced and committed Health and Safety Manager to ensure a safe and secure working environment within an international project. In this role, you will be responsible for both operational and preventive health and safety activities. You will ensure compliance with applicable legislation, safety procedures and project-specific requirements. You will work closely with project management, site management, contractors and other personnel on site. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate the project’s health and safety activities

Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and site safety walks

Identify hazards and recommend and follow up on corrective actions

Ensure that employees and subcontractors comply with all applicable safety procedures

Investigate, document and report accidents, near misses and safety-related non-conformities

Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and safety meetings

Prepare, maintain and follow up on health and safety documentation

Cooperate closely with the client’s project management and Health and Safety team

Promote a strong and proactive safety culture throughout the project

Mandatory requirements A valid NEBOSH qualification in occupational health and safety

A valid IOSH qualification or relevant professional IOSH membership

Documented experience as a Health and Safety Manager or in a comparable position

Strong knowledge of risk assessments, incident reporting and preventive safety management

Professional proficiency in spoken and written English

Strong administrative skills and experience in preparing health and safety documentation

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on health and safety matters

Previous experience from construction, installation, industrial or data centre projects is considered an advantage. Applicants must state which NEBOSH qualification and IOSH qualification or membership level they hold. Copies of relevant certificates and supporting documents must be provided before employment. We are looking for a responsible, communicative and confident professional who works in a structured manner and maintains a visible presence on site. You should have the ability to engage with personnel at all levels and promote a high level of safety awareness throughout the project.
