Hos Hemfrid får du möjlighet att kombinera praktiskt arbete med ansvar och stöd till kollegor. Vi söker nu en flexibel serviceteamare till Varberg med omnejd. Som serviceteamare har du en varierad roll där du både utför olika typer av städuppdrag och bidrar till att våra kunder får en hög och jämn kvalitet. Du arbetar nära Area Manager och Field Lead och blir en viktig del av teamet ute på fältet. Vad erbjuder vi? En tjänst på 75 %

HEMFRID IS LOOKING FOR A FLEXIBLE SERVICE TEAM MEMBER IN VARBERG Do you have experience in cleaning and enjoy working with quality and customer service? Are you flexible and comfortable with varied working days? At Hemfrid, you will have the opportunity to combine hands-on work with responsibility and support for your colleagues. We are now looking for a flexible Service Team Member in Varberg and the surrounding areas. As a Service Team Member, you will have a varied role where you carry out different types of cleaning assignments while helping ensure a consistently high level of service for our customers. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and become an important part of the team in the field. What do we offer? A 75% position

About the role As a Service Team Member, you help maintain the quality of our assignments and provide support to both customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities may include:

Initial cleanings

Deep cleanings

Window cleaning

Covering shifts when needed

Quality inspections

Introducing new employees when needed

Key handling when required

You will work in Varberg and the surrounding areas. Since the role involves varied assignments, we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the business. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who is comfortable working with quality and customer service. You are confident in your work and take responsibility for delivering thorough and professional results. We believe you are:
