Då kan rollen som serviceteamare hos Hemfrid vara något för dig. Vi söker nu en serviceteamare till Kalmar. Som serviceteamare får du en varierad roll där du både utför olika typer av städuppdrag och bidrar till att våra kunder får en hög och jämn kvalitet. Du arbetar nära Area Manager och Field Lead och blir en viktig del av teamet ute på fältet. Vad erbjuder vi? En tjänst på 75 %

Om rollen Som serviceteamare hjälper du till att säkerställa kvaliteten i våra uppdrag och fungerar som ett stöd för både kunder och medarbetare. Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat vara:

HEMFRID IS LOOKING FOR A SERVICE TEAM MEMBER IN KALMAR – QUALITY, SERVICE AND RESPONSIBILITY Do you have cleaning experience, a Category B driving licence and access to your own car? Do you enjoy working with quality, customer service and variety? Then the role of Service Team Member at Hemfrid could be a great fit for you. We are now looking for a Service Team Member in Kalmar. As a Service Team Member, you will have a varied role where you carry out different types of cleaning assignments while helping ensure a consistently high level of quality for our customers. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and become an important part of the team in the field. What do we offer? A 75% position

About the role As a Service Team Member, you help maintain the quality of our assignments and provide support to both customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities may include:

Initial cleanings

Deep cleanings

Window cleaning

Covering shifts when needed

Quality inspections

Introducing new employees when needed

Key handling when required

Since the role involves travelling between different customers and locations, a Category B driving licence and access to your own car are required. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who is comfortable working with quality and customer service. You are confident in your work and take responsibility for delivering thorough and professional results. We believe you are:

A holder of a Category B driving licence with access to your own car

Detail-oriented and quality-focused

Responsible and self-driven

Professional and service-minded

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Flexible and solution-oriented

Motivated to develop and take on more responsibility
