Vi söker nu, på uppdrag av en av våra kunder, en serviceinriktad och engagerad hotellreceptionist för en heltidsanställning i Gävle. Som hotellreceptionist blir du en viktig del av hotellets verksamhet och arbetar med att ge gästerna ett professionellt och trevligt bemötande. Du trivs i en varierad roll där service, ansvar och noggrannhet står i fokus.

Arbetsuppgifter Välkomna och checka in gäster Hantera utcheckningar och betalningar Ta emot och besvara bokningsförfrågningar Hantera telefon, e-post och andra gästförfrågningar Informera gäster om hotellets service och faciliteter Hantera bokningar och uppdatera information i hotellens system Ge rekommendationer om restauranger, sevärdheter och aktiviteter Hantera eventuella synpunkter och frågor från gäster Samarbeta med housekeeping och övriga avdelningar Säkerställa att receptionen är välorganiserad och professionell

Kvalifikationer Tidigare erfarenhet av service, reception eller hotell är meriterande Du är serviceinriktad och tycker om att möta människor Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad Du har god kommunikativ förmåga Du kan arbeta självständigt och trivs samtidigt med att samarbeta i team Du har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system God svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Tidigare erfarenhet som hotellreceptionist Erfarenhet av boknings- eller hotellsystem Ytterligare språkkunskaper Erfarenhet av kassahantering och betalningssystem
