Boqueria Stockholm är en varm och välkomnande restaurang där hög service, god mat och ett starkt teamarbete står i centrum. Vi söker nu en engagerad och erfaren hovmästare som vill vara en drivande kraft i att skapa en minnesvärd gästupplevelse och utveckla vårt front-of-house-team. Arbetet Som hovmästare ansvarar du för den dagliga front-of-house-driften och för att skapa en trygg, effektiv och serviceinriktad arbetsmiljö. Du leder och coachar servispersonal och bartendrar, planerar bemanning och schemaläggning samt fördelar arbetsuppgifter under lunch- och kvällspass. Du tar emot gäster, ansvarar för bordsplacering, reservationer och att flödet i matsalen fungerar smidigt. Tillsammans med restaurangchef och kök schemalägger du service, koordinerar timing mellan kök och servering och ser till att kvalitet, tempo och presentation håller våra höga standarder. Du deltar i uppföljning av försäljning, kostnader och rapportering samt säkerställer att rutiner för livsmedelshygien och säkerhet efterlevs. Vi söker Vi söker en person med dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete i front-of-house, gärna från en ledande roll eller som biträdande hovmästare. Du har god förståelse för restaurangens operativa processer och ekonomi, vana att arbeta i högt tempo och förmåga att fatta snabba och välgrundade beslut. Erfarenhet av bordsbokningssystem, events och koordinering av större sällskap är meriterande. Tidigare erfarenhet från öppet kök eller koncept med flera avdelningar är en fördel. Du är Du är trygg i ditt ledarskap, tydlig i din kommunikation och positiv i ditt bemötande. Du motiveras av att utveckla kollegor, skapa struktur och förbättra arbetsprocesser. Kundfokus, god känsla för service och förmåga att hantera högt tempo och komplexa situationer krävs. Flexibel inställning till arbetstider, inklusive kvällar och helger, är ett krav. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Kravspecifikation

Flera års erfarenhet från restaurangverksamhet, gärna med erfarenhet från front-of-house eller ledande roll

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av personalansvar, coaching och schemaläggning

God förståelse för restaurangekonomi, försäljningsuppföljning och kostnadskontroll

Erfarenhet av bordsbokningssystem och hantering av reservationer

Kännedom om rutiner för livsmedelshygien och HACCP

Goda kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska
