Om uppdraget Vi söker nu en HR-administratör för ett konsultuppdrag i Göteborg. Rollen passar dig som är i början av din HR-karriär och vill utvecklas inom personaladministration i en professionell och dynamisk miljö. Som HR-administratör blir du en viktig del av HR-teamet och arbetar nära chefer och HR-kollegor för att säkerställa effektiva processer och hög kvalitet i det administrativa HR-arbetet. I rollen kommer du att Stödja HR-processer genom hela anställningscykeln, inklusive onboarding, offboarding och kontraktsförlängningar.

Arbeta med löpande personaladministration.

Hantera administrativa uppgifter kopplade till arbetsrätt och anställningsfrågor.

Administrera och uppdatera personalregister och medarbetardata.

Hantera information kring anställningar, löneförändringar, ledigheter, frånvaro, pensioner, försäkringar och interna förflyttningar.

Ansvara för tidsadministration och registrering av medarbetares frånvaro.

Administrera trainee- och expatriatprogram.

Säkerställa att HR-data är korrekt och uppdaterad i relevanta HR-system.

Ta fram rapporter och sammanställningar samt stötta HR-relaterade analyser i Excel.

Säkerställa att dokumentation hanteras konfidentiellt och i enlighet med gällande processer och riktlinjer.

Kvalifikationer Akademisk utbildning inom HR, personalvetenskap, företagsekonomi eller motsvarande

0-2 års erfarenhet av HR-administration eller liknande administrativ roll

Erfarenhet av arbete i SuccessFactors

Erfarenhet av arbete i Medvind

Goda kunskaper i Excel

Erfarenhet av personaladministration och/eller tidsadministration

God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

Trivs med att arbeta administrativt och med detaljer

Är strukturerad och organiserad i ditt arbetssätt
