Vill du vara med och bygga starka team i ett bolag som växer snabbt och där engagemang verkligen märks i vardagen? Då kan det här vara din nästa utmaning. Vi söker nu en HR-assistent till vårt HR-team. Tjänsten kan vara på deltid eller heltid enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstiderna är främst dagtid, men viss helgarbete kan förekomma vid behov. Rollen utgår från vårt kontor i Eskilstuna, med krav på att arbeta en dag per vecka på vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm. Om rollen Som HR-assistent på ChopChop blir du en viktig del av vårt dagliga HR-arbete, med tydligt fokus på rekrytering. Du är med hela vägen – från första kontakt till anställning – och bidrar till att vi hittar rätt människor till rätt plats. Rollen är varierad, social och strukturerad, med många kontaktytor både internt och externt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Stötta och driva rekryteringsprocesser från behov till anställning

Publicera annonser, göra urval och boka intervjuer

Ha löpande kontakt med kandidater och rekryterande chefer

Delta i intervjuer och säkerställa en positiv och professionell kandidatupplevelse

Administrera anställningsavtal, introduktioner och personaldata

Stötta HR-teamet i övriga HR-administrativa uppgifter

Bidra till utveckling av rekryteringsrutiner och employer branding

Vi tror att du Har ett genuint intresse för människor, HR och rekrytering

Är strukturerad, noggrann och gillar att ha koll

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i både i tal och skrift

Är serviceinriktad, prestigelös och trivs med många kontaktytor

Har relevant utbildning inom HR eller motsvarande erfarenhet (meriterande)

Har erfarenhet av rekrytering eller HR-administration (meriterande)
