The posting

Vi söker en erfaren HR Business Analyst till ett pågående HR-systemtransformationsprojekt hos vår kund i Södertälje. Uppdraget är hybrid med tre dagar per vecka på plats och löper på heltid under cirka 15 månader med start snarast.

Om uppdraget – Samla in, dokumentera och uppdatera business requirements för det nya HR-systemet. – Bidra till att översätta krav till processdesign, framtida processer och workflows. – Stödja kravkartläggning, processanalys och impact assessments. – Säkerställa att krav- och processdokumentation är korrekt, strukturerad och aktuell. – Samarbeta med projekt- och förändringsteam för implementationsberedskap. – Stödja testaktiviteter kopplade till processer och det nya systemet. – Bidra till utveckling av användar- och administratörsguider. – Stödja rollout och stabiliseringsaktiviteter samt alignment av krav och processer mellan intressenter.

Vi söker dig som – Har relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet. – Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med business requirements och/eller processutveckling. – Förstår HR-processer ur ett verksamhetsperspektiv. – Har erfarenhet av HR-system. – Har starka dokumentationsfärdigheter och förmåga att strukturera komplex information.

Meriterande – Erfarenhet av requirements mapping, processutveckling, processkartläggning och workflow design. – HRBP-erfarenhet eller kunskap om HR-administration. – Erfarenhet av HR master data, integrationer och downstream data. – Erfarenhet av komplexa transformationsprogram med globala och lokala intressenter. – Förmåga att skilja business requirements från solution design och teknisk implementation. – Förståelse för förändringsresor och hur processdesign stödjer adoption.

Bra att veta – Ort: Södertälje (hybrid, tre dagar per vecka på plats). – Start: snarast. – Längd: cirka 15 månader. – Omfattning: 100 %. – Språk: flytande svenska och engelska krävs.
