Vill du vara med och forma framtidens HR-processer i ett större transformationsprojekt? Nu söker vi en erfaren HR Business Analyst som vill spela en nyckelroll i arbetet med att utveckla och implementera en ny HR-lösning. Här får du arbeta i gränslandet mellan verksamhet, processer och system tillsammans med flera olika intressenter.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid hos ett internationellt bolag i Södertälje, hybrid minst 3 dagar på plats.

Om tjänsten

Som HR Business Analyst kommer du att stötta ett pågående HR-systemprojekt med fokus på kravhantering, processutveckling och förändringsarbete. Du arbetar nära verksamheten för att förstå behov, analysera processer och omsätta insikter till effektiva och hållbara arbetssätt.

Rollen omfattar hela förändringsresan, från kravinsamling och processdesign till testning, utrullning och stabilisering.

Ansvarsområden

  • Samla in, analysera och dokumentera verksamhetskrav
  • Kartlägga och utveckla HR-processer och framtida arbetssätt
  • Genomföra processanalyser och konsekvensbedömningar
  • Säkerställa tydlig och strukturerad krav- och processdokumentation
  • Delta i testning, implementering och stabilisering av den nya lösningen
  • Ta fram och uppdatera användardokumentation
  • Bidra till förändringsarbete och införande av nya arbetssätt

Lämplig bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av business analysis, processutveckling, HR eller HR Tech.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av kravhantering och processkartläggning
  • God förståelse för HR- och People & Culture-processer
  • Erfarenhet av HR-system och gärna större förändrings- eller transformationsprojekt
  • Förmåga att omsätta verksamhetsbehov till tydliga processer och krav
  • God vana av dokumentation och stakeholder management
  • Flytande svenska och engelska

Meriterande är erfarenhet av HR masterdata, systemintegrationer och internationella projektmiljöer.

Personliga egenskaper

Du är en kommunikativ och relationsskapande person som trivs med att samarbeta över olika funktioner. Samtidigt är du analytisk, strukturerad och van att navigera i komplexa miljöer med många intressenter.

Du drivs av att förstå verksamhetens verkliga behov, utmana befintliga arbetssätt och skapa hållbara lösningar som bidrar till en framgångsrik förändringsresa.
