HR Business Partner till ICA Logistik i Helsingborg Vill du arbeta med HR i en verksamhet som fyller en viktig samhällsfunktion och samtidigt vara med och forma framtidens logistik? Inom ICA Logistik bidrar vi varje dag till att svenska hushåll får mat på bordet. Nu söker vi en erfaren HR Business Partner som vill vara med och driva automationsresan i Helsingborg. Om jobbet som HR Business Partner Du kombinerar strategiskt och operativt HR-arbete nära cheferna och den dagliga driften, med stort eget ansvar. Lokalt i Helsingborg finns tre HR Business Partners och du är en del av HR-teamet inom Logistik på totalt 15 personer. Tillsammans med verksamheten är du med och driver förändringen mot ökad automation och omsätter framtida behov till nya arbetssätt, roller och kompetenser. Du arbetar proaktivt med att: · Utveckla organisation, ledarskap, kultur och lärande. · Coacha chefer i ledarskaps- och personalfrågor. · Hantera arbetsrätt, kollektivavtal, fackliga dialoger och förhandlingar. · Arbeta med arbetsmiljö, rehabilitering och komplexa personalärenden. · Driva lokala och verksamhetsövergripande HR-initiativ för en attraktiv, säker och hälsosam lagerdrift. Är du den vi söker? Du är van att självständigt driva HR-frågor nära verksamheten och har erfarenhet av större organisationsförändringar och komplexa matrisorganisationer. Du har också: · Akademisk examen inom HR eller motsvarande. · Omkring tio års HR-erfarenhet eller mer från personalintensiv verksamhet med kollektivanställda. · Goda kunskaper inom arbetsrätt, kollektivavtal och facklig förhandling. · Erfarenhet av chefscoachning och rehabilitering. Erfarenhet från lager, logistik, produktion eller industri, liksom kompetensplanering vid automation eller digitalisering, är meriterande. Vad händer nu? Ansök senast 31/10.
