Som HR Business Partner blir du en strategisk partner till verksamheten och spelar en nyckelroll i att omsätta vår HR-strategi i praktiken. Tillsammans med ledningen och vår HR Business Partner i Tyskland utvecklar du innovativa HR-lösningar som stöttar verksamhetens mål och bidrar till en engagerande och inspirerande arbetsmiljö. I nära samarbete med vårt HR-team i Tyskland ansvarar du för alla HR-relaterade frågor i Sverige och Norge. Du fungerar som den lokala kontaktpersonen för både chefer och medarbetare och säkerställer en professionell och enhetlig HR-upplevelse i båda länderna. Dina arbetsuppgifter: Strategisk rådgivning: Identifiera HR-behov, stödja talangutveckling och forma organisationsstrukturer – alltid i linje med våra affärsmål. Medarbetarengagemang: Initiera program för att öka medarbetarnöjdheten och främja en kultur av uppskattning och inkludering. Processoptimering: Analysera HR-nyckeltal, driva förbättringar och stödja förändringsprocesser. Regelefterlevnad: Säkerställa efterlevnad av arbetsrätt och agera som en pålitlig kontaktperson för chefer i komplexa HR-frågor. Projektarbete: Bidra till ett brett spektrum av HR-frågor – från prestationsutvärdering till talangutveckling. Du stödjer även aktivt HR-projekt och initiativ såsom mångfald och inkludering eller förbättringar av HR-processer – från koncept till genomförande.

Din profil: Erfarenhet: Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom HR, talent management och arbetsrätt – gärna i en internationell miljö eller inom tech-/mjukvarubranschen (fokus på Sverige; Norge är meriterande). Expertis: Gedigen kunskap om svensk arbetsrätt och HR-regler, erfarenhet av HRIS-verktyg, analytisk läggning och ett intresse för datadrivet beslutsfattande. Personal- och organisationsutveckling: Erfarenhet av prestationshantering, talangutveckling, organisationsutveckling och förändringsledning. Personliga egenskaper: Stark kommunikations- och rådgivningsförmåga, ett lösningsorienterat tänkesätt samt förmågan att kommunicera komplexa ämnen med empati. Språk: Flytande i svenska och engelska (norska är meriterande).
