Would you like to work in an international organization where you will play an important role in supporting the administration and coordination of external workforce processes? We are now looking for an HR Generalist for a consultancy assignment based in Solna, Stockholm. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with administration, coordination and multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. You will be part of an external Workforce team and support advisors in their daily work. About the company Our client is a large international organization operating in the energy sector. The company is undergoing an important transformation and works actively to develop its operations and workforce for the future. You will join an organization with an international working environment and collaborate with managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business. About the role As HR Generalist, you will support the External Workforce Team throughout the entire workforce lifecycle. A key part of the role is ensuring that assignments, documentation and data are handled correctly and kept up to date. You will work closely with hiring managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders and support the team with both administrative and coordinating tasks. The role involves working in ERP and VMS systems. In the role, you will: Administrate and coordinate assignments throughout the external workforce lifecycle. Ensure that workforce data and documentation are accurate and up to date. Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP. Handle assignment extensions, budget amendments and contractual changes. Conduct data quality reviews and audits in the Vendor Management System. Follow up on approvals, signatures and missing documentation from hiring managers. Coordinate with hiring managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. Ensure that defined compliance requirements are met and documentation is audit-ready.

Your profile We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented and comfortable working with administrative processes involving several different stakeholders. You enjoy keeping track of details and following up on tasks to make sure processes move forward. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment and have good system skills. Qualifications: Higher educational background. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. At least one year of relevant experience in an administrative support role. Good knowledge of Office 365. Experience working with computer-based administrative systems. Detail-oriented and structured in your way of working. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Experience with the following is relevant for the role: SAP. Vendor Management Systems. Administrative coordination involving multiple stakeholders.
