Vi söker ny kollega för ett vikariat på HR-enheten. På HR-enheten är vi 8 medarbetare, vi är ett välkomnande gäng med stort engagemang och lång erfarenhet inom HR, lön och systemförvaltning. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som HR-konsult erbjuds du ett omväxlande uppdrag med strategiskt processinriktat arbete i kombination med konsultativt stöd till våra chefer. Tillsammans med kollegor kommer du att driva utvecklingsarbete inom HR-området samt utforma och genomföra utbildningsinsatser för våra chefer. Du kommer att arbeta brett inom hela HR-området med kvalificerat stöd inom arbetsmiljö, rekrytering, kompetensförsörjning, arbetsrätt, lönebildning, friskvård och rehabilitering. Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär både strategiskt och operativt arbete, utveckling, underhåll av befintliga system och implementering av nya digitala stödsystem. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har högskoleexamen från personalvetarprogrammet eller annan utbildning som vi bedömer likvärdig. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har några års erfarenhet av kvalificerat HR-arbete. Du är trygg och professionell i din yrkesroll. Du måste ha god förmåga att bygga och upprätthålla förtroendefulla relationer samt att kunna tänka strategiskt och agera operativt. Vi vill att du kan tolka och omsätta arbetsrätt i praktiken samt att du har förståelse för arbetsgivarrollen. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga både i tal och skrift. B-körkort och goda datorkunskaper är ett krav. För att trivas hos oss behöver du vara lyhörd och flexibel, ha lätt för att samarbeta men även kunna arbete självständigt. Det är viktigt att du är trivs med att arbeta brett och har ett intresse för våra verksamheter och en vilja att utveckla HR-arbetet. Övrig information Vikariat 1 år med möjlighet till förlängning. 100 % heltid. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse, Urval och intervjuer sker löpande så ansök redan idag.
