Vi söker en erfaren HR-konsult som vill leda arbetsvärdering och lönekartläggning i en statlig verksamhet. Vill du bidra till en rättvis och välgrundad lönebildning i en statlig verksamhet? I rollen kombinerar du kvalificerat HR-arbete med projektledning och nära samverkan med chefer, HR och fackliga parter. Om rollen Driv arbetsvärdering som underlag för lönekartläggning. Arbeta i en HR-funktion med bred kompetens inom bland annat arbetsrätt, arbetsmiljö och lönebildning. Kombinera självständigt arbete med nära samverkan med verksamheten.

Det här kommer du göra Planera och leda processen för arbetsvärdering. Genomföra samtal och intervjuer med relevanta roller i verksamheten. Se över och kvalitetssäkra befattningars BESTA-koder. Analysera lönedata, befattningsstrukturer och lönepolitiska underlag. Samverka med chefer, HR och fackliga företrädare.

Vi söker dig som har Minst tre års erfarenhet av projektledning. Minst tre års kvalificerat arbete med lönebildning inom statlig verksamhet. Erfarenhet av självständigt arbete med BESTA-koder och lönekartläggning. Relevant högskoleutbildning inom HR eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera och driva processer med chefer som målgrupp.

Teknik & Verktyg MS Office eller motsvarande kontorsverktyg. HR- och lönesystem. Rekryteringssystem. Projektmodeller såsom PMP, Lean, Six Sigma eller PRINCE2.

Praktisk information Ort: Solna. Arbetssätt: Hybrid, med möjlighet till distansarbete upp till 50 procent när arbetsuppgifterna tillåter. Språk: Svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
