Om uppdraget Vi söker nu en erfaren HR-specialist/HR-konsult för ett uppdrag som syftar till att genomföra en omfattande kompetenskartläggning inom en verksamhet för öppen fritidsverksamhet inför en kommande verksamhetsövergång. I rollen ansvarar du för att genomföra strukturerade kartläggningssamtal med medarbetare, dokumentera och analysera kompetenser samt sammanställa underlag som stöd för verksamhetens fortsatta arbete. Omfattning: Heltid 100% Start: Omgående Längd: 2027-01-15, eventuellt längre. Arbetsuppgifter Som HR-specialist kommer du bland annat att:

Genomföra strukturerade kompetenskartläggningssamtal med medarbetare (cirka 1,5–2 timmar per person)

Dokumentera och sammanställa individuella kompetensprofiler

Analysera och strukturera kompetensdata

Ta fram sammanställningar på enhetsnivå

Ha löpande dialog och avstämningar med beställande HR-funktion

Säkerställa kvalitet och enhetlighet i kartläggningsarbetet

I grunduppdraget omfattas 36 tillsvidareanställda medarbetare som har informerats om den kommande verksamhetsövergången. Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet som HR-specialist, HR-konsult eller motsvarande

Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av kompetenskartläggning

Har god vana av att genomföra intervjuer och strukturerade samtal

Är skicklig på dokumentation, analys och sammanställning av underlag

Har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och ett professionellt bemötande

Arbetar självständigt, strukturerat och med hög integritet

Meriterande Erfarenhet av verksamhetsövergångar

Erfarenhet av omställningsarbete

Erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet

Kunskap om arbetsrättsliga frågor kopplade till verksamhetsövergångar
