I Region Kronoberg arbetar vi för att människor i länet ska kunna leva ett tryggt och hållbart liv. Varje dag möter vi kronobergarna i vården, i kollektivtrafiken och i arbetet med länets utveckling. Den centrala HR-avdelningen inom Region Kronoberg ansvarar för att stödja hela organisationen inom samtliga HR-områden. Vi arbetar med att skapa förutsättningar för våra chefer och kärnverksamheter genom våra områden: arbetsmiljö och hälsa, avtal, lön och system, ledarskap och medarbetarskap samt kompetensförsörjning.

Kompetensförsörjningsteamet, inom HR-avdelningen, består av 12 medarbetare som arbetar med hela kedjan inom kompetensförsörjning – från strategisk planering till operativ rekrytering. Till teamet söker vi nu en HR-specialist, då en av våra kollegor är tjänstledig för annat arbete inom organisationen.

Hos oss blir du en del av ett engagerat och kompetent team bestående av HR-specialister och HR-strateger som varje dag arbetar för att bidra till Region Kronobergs kompetensförsörjning.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER I rollen som HR-specialist kommer du arbeta inom området kompetensförsörjning. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer vara inom rekrytering och bemanning. Du kommer bland annat rekrytera AT-och BT-läkare, semestervikarier till våra verksamheter och timavlönad personal.

Du ansvarar för hela rekryteringsprocessen från behovsanalys till annonsering, urval, intervjuer, referenstagning, lönesättning och anställningsbeslut.

Arbetet innebär även:

  • Daglig kontakt med kandidater som söker jobb hos oss
  • Samarbete med interna funktioner, beställande chefer och kollegor inom HR-funktionen
  • Administrativa uppgifter kopplade till rekrytering och bemanning
  • Övriga uppgifter kan förekomma, såsom deltagande i mässor och externa aktiviteter kopplade till kompetensförsörjning.

Till viss del kommer du även arbeta i en samordnande funktion för Region Kronobergs hyrbemanning. Denna funktion är kontakt gentemot avropande chefer och externa bemanningsbolag.

Du har en viktig roll i att skapa goda kund- och kandidatupplevelser och bidra till att våra verksamheter har rätt kompetens vid rätt tid.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som:

  • Har en akademisk utbildning inom HR/personalområdet eller likvärdigt
  • Gärna har erfarenhet av administrativt arbete inom HR eller rekrytering
  • Besitter god förmåga att arbeta i olika system
