Vill du inspirera och utveckla framtidens konståkare? Vi söker en engagerad och driven konståkningstränare på 60 % som vill vara med och skapa träningsglädje, gemenskap och utveckling för våra barn och ungdomar. Hos oss får du en nyckelroll i verksamheten som huvudtränare för åkare i åldrarna cirka 4–20 år. Vi söker dig som brinner för att utveckla både människor och prestationer och som vill vara med och forma framtiden för vår förening. Om klubben Vi är ca 80 åkare som tränar i ishallen i Åstorps tätort både vardagar och helger, allt från nybörjargrupper till tävlingsgrupper. Läs gärna mer på astorpkonstakning.se

Om rollen Som huvudtränare kommer du att: Planera och leda träningar för barn och ungdomar på olika nivåer. Skapa en trygg, inspirerande och utvecklande träningsmiljö. Stötta åkarna i deras individuella utveckling, både på och utanför isen. Samarbeta med styrelse, föräldrar och eventuella övriga tränare för att skapa en välfungerande verksamhet. Vara en viktig förebild och ledare i föreningen.

Vem är du? Vi tror att du: Har erfarenhet av konståkning och tränarrollen. Gärna är Steg 2-utbildad, eller har motsvarande erfarenhet och kompetens. Är positiv, engagerad och tycker om att arbeta med barn och ungdomar. Har förmåga att skapa motivation, utveckling och träningsglädje. Vill vara med och bygga en stark och långsiktig verksamhet.
