Uppdragsbeskrivning För Region Skånes räkning söker vi efter en resurs som ska förstärka deras projekt för införande av en ny Identity and Access Management (IAM)-plattform baserad på SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Uppdraget omfattar analys, design, implementation, konfigurering, integration och stöd vid etablering av teknik samt processer för identitetshantering och behörighetsstyrning. Du ska verka som specialist inom IAM/IGA för Region Skåne och bidra med både teknisk kompetens och erfarenhet av verksamhetsnära förändringsarbete. Konsulten rapporterar till plattformsansvarig. Kompetenskrav Erfarenhet av SailPoint IdentityIQ Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av implementation av SailPoint IdentityIQ. Deltagit i minst två genomförda IAM-projekt där SailPoint IdentityIQ varit central plattform. Erfarenhet av att konfigurera och felsöka SailPoint IdentityIQ för livscykelhantering av användare och behörigheter i olika system, både on-prem och SaaS.

IAM/IGA-kompetens Minst 10 års erfarenhet av arbete inom Identity and Access Management och Identity Governance and Administration.

God förståelse för: IAM/IGA-arkitektur Behörighetsstyrning Identity Governance Segregation of Duties (SoD) RBAC och ABAC

Integrationer Erfarenhet av integration mot: Vårdinformationssystem Katalogtjänsten HSA Skatteverkets tjänst Navet Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) HR-system LDAP-kataloger Affärssystem och verksamhetssystem

Erfarenhet av: API SOAP SCIM XML och JSON Graph AI samt JBC och LDAP

Programmeringsspråk Goda kunskaper inom: Java BeanShell SQL PowerShell

Projekt- och leveransförmåga Erfarenhet av arbete i större förändringsprojekt. Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt. Förmåga att självständigt planera och genomföra aktiviteter inom sitt ansvarsområde.

Språk Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska. God förmåga att dokumentera tekniska lösningar.

Meriterande krav (bör-krav) Plattformar och teknik Erfarenhet av SailPoint IdentityNow. Erfarenhet av Microsoft Entra ID Governance. Erfarenhet av Privileged Access Management (PAM). Erfarenhet av CyberArk, BeyondTrust eller liknande lösningar. Erfarenhet av Microsoft Identity Manager.

Informationssäkerhet Erfarenhet av arbete enligt: NIS2 GDPR Erfarenhet av riskanalyser och internkontroll kopplad till behörighetshantering.

Offentlig sektor Erfarenhet från region, kommun eller annan offentlig verksamhet. Erfarenhet av komplexa organisationer med många verksamhetssystem och stora användarvolymer.

Personliga egenskaper Du ska vara analytisk och lösningsorienterad. Du ska kunna omsätta verksamhetskrav till tekniska lösningar. Du ska ha god samarbetsförmåga. Du ska vara kommunikativ och pedagogisk. Du ska vara självgående och drivande. Du ska kunna skapa förtroende hos både verksamhet och IT.
