Vi söker en Inköp- och förrådsansvarig till Gata- och Parkenheten! Rollen är varierad och kombinerar administrativa arbetsuppgifter med operativt arbete i verksamheten. Du är delaktig i det dagliga arbetet, kavlar upp ärmarna när det behövs och driver samtidigt visst utvecklingsarbete. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat beställningar via Proceedo från anslutna leverantörer, genomförande av direktupphandlingar, fakturahantering, lagerhållning samt planering och genomförande av inköp av varor och material. I rollen ingår även godsmottagning, ansvar för skötsel av miljöhuset samt hantering av kemikalier. Du ansvarar även för det systematiska brandskyddsarbetet i våra lokaler och vissa av fastighetens funktioner. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: Gymnasieexamen och/eller arbetslivserfarenhet som vi bedömer likvärdig Dokumenterad erfarenhet av direktupphandlingar Dokumenterad erfarenhet av inköp och lagerhantering Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kemikalier och systematiskt brandskyddsarbete B-körkort Farligt gods-utbildning ADR Truckkort B1 God systemvana, gärna ifrån Proceedo och Chemgroup portal God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande. Vi tror att du trivs i en roll där du kombinerar administration och operativa uppgifter. Som person är du driven och lösningsorienterad samt har ett positivt förhållningssätt och god samarbetsförmåga gentemot kollegor och samarbetspartners. Du har även en god pedagogisk förmåga och är skicklig på att anpassa ditt sätt att förmedla kunskap till kollegor. Du delar även våra värderingar om allas lika värde, professionalitet och framåtanda.
