85 Kliniken söker en noggrann, ansvarstagande och serviceinriktad person till rollen som Inköp och transportansvarig. Tjänsten kombinerar inköp, logistik och transporter och innebär ett övergripande ansvar för att våra kliniker har rätt förbrukningsmaterial samt att personal och klienter får en trygg och punktlig transport. Arbetsuppgifter: Som inköp och transportansvarig kommer du bland annat att: Ansvara för inköp och beställning av förbrukningsmaterial till samtliga kliniker. Ha kontakt med leverantörer och följa upp beställningar och leveranser. Säkerställa att klinikerna har tillgång till nödvändigt material i rätt tid. Planera och samordna transporter mellan kliniker och andra platser. Ansvara för transport av personal och klienter enligt planerade tider. Säkerställa att transporter genomförs på ett tryggt, professionellt och serviceinriktat sätt. Planera körningar och optimera transporterna utifrån verksamhetens behov. Ha löpande kontakt med klinikernas personal och samordna praktiska logistikfrågor. Hantera enklare administration kopplad till inköp, leveranser och transporter.

Vi söker dig som Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, flexibel och van att ta eget ansvar. Du behöver kunna planera ditt arbete självständigt och samtidigt vara serviceinriktad i kontakten med både kollegor och klienter. Du är lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att prioritera när flera uppgifter behöver hanteras samtidigt. Vi ser gärna att du har: Erfarenhet av inköp, logistik, transport eller liknande arbetsuppgifter. God organisations- och planeringsförmåga. B-körkort. God körvana och ett ansvarsfullt förhållningssätt i trafiken. Förmåga att kommunicera professionellt med både personal, leverantörer och klienter. God datorvana och förmåga att hantera enklare administrativa uppgifter.

Erfarenhet från service eller annan verksamhet där kund- eller patientkontakt förekommer är meriterande.
