Om företaget Circulose är ett textilåtervinningsföretag med en unik teknologi och en produkt -CIRCULOSE®, som framställs av 100 procent textilavfall, huvudsakligen bomull. Företagets mission är att leda övergången till cirkulärt mode genom att göra storskalig textilåtervinning tillgänglig.

Om rollen I rollen som inköpare hos oss ansvarar du för både det dagliga inköpsarbetet och den långsiktiga utvecklingen av leverantörsbas, processer och arbetssätt. Du arbetar nära produktion, teknik, R&D och ledning och bidrar aktivt till att säkerställa kostnadseffektivitet, kvalitet och hållbarhet i hela leverantörsledet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

Utveckla och implementera inköpsstrategier

Förhandla avtal och kommersiella villkor

Utvärdera och utveckla leverantörer

Identifiera kostnadsbesparingar och effektiviseringsmöjligheter

Bygga strukturer, rutiner och processer inom inköp

Lägga och följa upp inköpsorder

Säkerställa leveranser enligt behov och produktionsplan

Hantera avvikelser, reklamationer och leverantörsdialog

Upprätthålla masterdata och inköpsrelaterad dokumentation

Den du är Vi söker dig som är affärsmässig, analytisk och prestigelös. Du har förmågan att växla mellan strategiskt tänkande och operativt genomförande och trivs i en roll där du både driver frågor framåt och får saker att hända i praktiken. Du motiveras av att skapa struktur och tydlighet i en dynamisk miljö, samtidigt som du bygger goda samarbeten och bidrar till affärsnytta.

Vi tror att du har:

Flerårig erfarenhet av inköp, gärna inom industri/produktion

Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom inköp, ekonomi, teknik eller motsvarande

Erfarenhet av förhandling och avtalsarbete

Goda kunskaper i Excel

Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet av ERP system

Meriterande är erfarenhet från tillverkande industri, processindustri eller bolag i tillväxtfas.
