Bli en nyckelspelare i ett växande bolag i Finspång! Vi söker en inköpare som vill kombinera inköp, logistik och förbättringsarbete i en bred roll med stort ansvar och korta beslutsvägar.

Vi söker nu en Inköpare till ett växande företag i Finspång. Uppdraget är på heltid och sträcker sig initialt över 1 års tid med möjlighet till förlängning.

Om rollen Det här är en bred och varierad roll där du får arbeta både operativt och utvecklande inom inköp och logistik. En viktig del av rollen handlar om att skapa bättre struktur och framförhållning i inköpsarbetet. Företaget ser idag ett starkt behov av att vidareutveckla framförhållning och planering inom inköpsarbetet för att stärka leveranssäkerheten och skapa ännu bättre flöden framåt.. Därför söker vi dig som har förståelse för inköpsflöden och vikten av att arbeta proaktivt och analytiskt. Du kommer att arbeta nära samtliga personer i organisationen där du är delaktig i att utveckla arbetssätt, rutiner och system kopplat till inköp och materialflöden. Rollen passar dig som trivs i ett mindre bolag där man hjälps åt, tar ansvar och arbetar prestigelöst tillsammans. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Inköpsarbete Registrera inleveranser i affärssystem och säkerställa korrekta lagersaldon Operativt och proaktivt inköpsarbete Analys av materielbehov och leveransplanering Säkerställa att inköp sker i rätt tid för att möta leveranskrav och deadlines Kontakt med leverantörer och interna funktioner Hantering av transporter och logistikflöden inom Sverige samt till bland annat Norge och Island Vara delaktig i att utveckla rutiner, arbetssätt och processer kring inköp och system Samarbete med orderadministration och ledning kring förbättringsarbete Vid behov hjälpa till praktiskt i verksamheten, exempelvis med packning eller liknande uppgifter.

DETTA SÖKER VI Vi tror att du har tidigare erfarenhet av inköp, orderadministration eller liknande roller där du arbetat med materialflöden och planering. Utbildning inom inköp eller logistik är meriterande men inget krav – det viktigaste är att du har förståelse för hur inköp och flöden fungerar i praktiken. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du: Har erfarenhet av inköp och orderhantering Förstår vikten av framförhållning och proaktivt inköpsarbete Har god systemvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system Är van att arbeta i Excel Har analytisk förmåga och tycker om att skapa struktur Är självgående och initiativtagande Trivs i en roll där du får vara med och utveckla arbetssätt och rutiner Är prestigelös och hjälpsam som person Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och känner dig bekväm med engelska i arbetet
