Vill du arbeta i en samordnande och verksamhetsnära roll inom inköp? Vi söker nu en inköpshandläggare till ett längre konsultuppdrag hos en statlig verksamhet med uppdrag över hela Sverige. I rollen fungerar du som länken mellan verksamheten och den centrala inköpsfunktionen. Du arbetar proaktivt med att identifiera inköpsbehov, ta fram beslutsunderlag, följa upp avtalstrohet samt bidra till utveckling och förbättring av inköpsprocesser. Arbetsuppgifter Identifiera och samordna upphandlings- och anskaffningsbehov Följa upp inköp utan avtal och analysera avvikelser Sammanställa underlag inför upphandlingar Stödja verksamheten i inköpsrelaterade frågor Säkerställa att dokumentation och kravunderlag är kompletta Ta fram uppföljningar, analyser och förbättringsförslag Bidra till utveckling och standardisering av inköpsprocesser

Vi söker dig som Har utbildning inom inköp eller upphandling Har minst ett års erfarenhet som inköpshandläggare eller motsvarande Har erfarenhet av inköpsstöd, upphandlingssamordning eller liknande arbete Har arbetat nära både verksamhet och inköpsfunktion Har goda kunskaper i MS Office Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift Är strukturerad, självgående och har god samarbetsförmåga

Meriterande Erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet Erfarenhet av avtalsuppföljning och avtalstrohet Erfarenhet av inköp utan avtal Erfarenhet av att ta fram stödmaterial och uppföljningsrapporter Erfarenhet av förbättringsarbete inom inköp

Om uppdraget Start: November 2026 Omfattning: Heltid Uppdragslängd: Initialt cirka 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning Placering: Huvudsakligen distansarbete med möjlighet till arbete från kundens kontor i Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö eller Norrköping Resor inom Sverige kan förekomma

Säkerhetsprövning Uppdraget kan komma att omfatta arbete inom säkerhetskänslig verksamhet. För att vara aktuell för rollen behöver du därför: Kunna genomgå och bli godkänd i säkerhetsprövning. Kunna omfattas av registerkontroll enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen. Delta i erforderlig säkerhetsskyddsutbildning innan uppdragets start. Följa de sekretess- och säkerhetskrav som gäller för verksamheten.
