Nordiska Kyl & Värmeexperten bygger nu upp ett helt nytt säljteam i Stockholm – och vi söker personer som vill vara med från början. Det här är inte ett jobb där du gömmer dig längst bak i ledet. Vi söker dig som gillar människor, triggas av tydliga mål och tycker att det är betydligt roligare att vinna tillsammans än att bara "gå till jobbet". Rollen Som innesäljare kontaktar du nya kunder och erbjuder service och underhåll av deras värmepumpar. Du driver samtalet från första hej till bokad kund. Det handlar om att snabbt skapa förtroende, förstå kundens behov och göra det enkelt att säga ja. Du får tydliga mål, löpande coachning och arbetar tillsammans med ett team där vi hjälper, pushar och utmanar varandra varje dag. Telefonen är ditt viktigaste verktyg – personligheten är ditt näst viktigaste.
