Arbetsuppgifter Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bestå av bland annat: Besvara inkommande samtal, ge produktrådgivning och identifiera kundens behov. Ta emot, registrera och hantera ordrar, reklamationer och kundkonton. Plocka, paketera och fakturera beställningar. Möjlighet att delta i skapandet av innehåll till våra sociala medier.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som trivs i en varierad vardag med många parallella uppgifter och som ser god service som en självklarhet. Du är noggrann, ordningsam och har en god kommunikativ förmåga. Kvalifikationer: Fullföljd treårig gymnasieutbildning. Goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och skrift.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet från guldsmedsbranschen eller liknande handelsverksamhet. Språkkunskaper i finska, norska eller danska. Erfarenhet av affärssystem (vi arbetar i Microsoft Dynamics, men utbildar dig på plats). Kunskaper inom Photoshop, webbadministration eller sociala medier.
