Då kan du vara den innesäljare vi söker till Svensk Cater i Luleå! Om rollen Som Innesäljare hos oss blir du en viktig del av vårt innesäljsteam och en central kontaktpunkt för våra kunder. Du arbetar med att ta emot och registrera kundbeställningar, ge rådgivning kring sortiment och kampanjer, samt säkerställa att kunderna får en serviceupplevelse av högsta klass. Du har daglig kontakt med våra kunder - ofta restauranger, storkök och andra aktörer inom foodservice - och använder din produkt- och branschkunskap för att guida, rekommendera och lösa frågor på ett professionellt sätt. Rollen innebär även nära samarbete med kollegor inom lager, transport och inköp för att säkerställa smidiga leveranser och nöjda kunder. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Ta emot och lägga kundorder Aktivt arbeta med merförsäljning och rådgivning inom vårt sortiment Ha löpande kundkontakt via telefon och mail Följa upp kundärenden och säkerställa hög servicegrad Vara länken mellan sälj, lager och transport Bidra till ett positivt och samarbetsorienterat teamklimat

Om dig Vi söker dig som har: Kunskap om mat och ett genuint intresse för livsmedel Erfarenhet från branschen, exempelvis restaurang, storkök eller en tidigare roll inom försäljning Erfarenhet av kundservice, ordermottagning eller annat servicearbete God datorvana och gärna kunskaper i exempelvis Excel och affärssystem Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i både tal och skrift
