Om tjänsten Du tar emot inkommande samtal där det är kunden som ringer in till kundtjänst. Det är servicen som står i stort fokus och vi är måna om att behandla kundens ärende för att sedan se över kundens behov och erbjuda tjänster via merförsäljning om tjänsten täcker kundens behov. Uppdraget är långsiktigt och börjar med en betald utbildning. Du kommer att ingå i ett team som karaktäriseras av både arbetsglädje och framåtanda. Företaget erbjuder stora karriärmöjligheter och personlig utveckling. Du blir anställd av Uniflex och för rätt person finns möjlighet till anställning efter en tids inhyrning. Anställningen är på 100 % under utbildningsperioden och övergår därefter till en tjänstgöringsgrad om 80 %. Arbetsuppgifter I din roll som kundtjänstmedarbetare arbetar du främst med:

Att ta emot inkommande samtal gällande företagets tjänster

Svara på fakturafrågor och enklare abonnemangsfrågor

Köp av produkter och tilläggstjänster

Genomföra avancerad teknisk felsökning I din roll strävar du efter att ge en god service i världsklass, se till att kunden har rätt tjänst och erbjuda det som passar bäst med hjälp av din behovsanalys.

Du bör vara utåtriktad, social och positiv

Service ska vara viktigt för dig och du ska även kunna se möjligheter i kundernas behov.

I samtalen med kund gör man flera saker samtidigt och det är därför bra om du kan hålla många bollar i luften samtidigt

Krav för tjänsten

Goda kunskaper i både svenska- och engelska språket då arbetet sker över telefon samt att även kommunikation via skrift sker med kund.

Du bör ha god datavana då vi använder många olika datasystem.

Du ska även ha en gymnasieexamen samt ha fyllt 18 år.
