På Myrorna arbetar vi varje dag för att ge saker ett längre liv och skapa största möjliga sociala och miljömässiga nytta. Nu söker vi en Insamlingsansvarig som vill utveckla nya möjligheter för insamling, skapa värdefulla samarbeten och säkerställa ett starkt inflöde till vår verksamhet.

Om rollen Som Insamlingsansvarig ansvarar du för att utveckla och stärka Myrornas insamling. Du identifierar nya möjligheter, bygger partnerskap med företag, kommuner och andra aktörer samt driver projekt från idé till genomförande. Du utvecklar och samordnar avfalls- och återvinningsflöden. Rollen innebär också att analysera insamlingsflöden, följa upp resultat och utveckla lösningar som möter framtidens behov. Du blir en nyckelperson i arbetet med att möta framtidens insamlingsutmaningar och skapa förutsättningar för fortsatt tillväxt, ökad återanvändning och större hållbarhetsnytta.

Du utgår från vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm och rapporterar till Varuförsörjningschef.

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av att utveckla samarbeten och partnerskap. Är van att arbeta datadrivet och omsätta analys till konkreta resultat. Driver projekt och processer självständigt från idé till genomförande. Trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor, både internt och externt. Som person är du Strategisk och utvecklingsorienterad. Initiativrik och självgående. Relationsskapande och affärsmässig med god kommunikativ förmåga Analytisk och lösningsfokuserad. Strukturerad med stark genomförandeförmåga. Vi erbjuder Myrorna erbjuder dig ett utvecklande arbete där du är delaktig i den direkta affärsverksamheten. Du får också möjlighet att medverka till Myrornas engagemang för en positiv samhällsförändring med fokus på återanvändning, arbetsträning för personer som står utanför arbetsmarknaden samt bidra till Frälsningsarméns sociala arbete. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100% och provanställning tillämpas. Start den 1 december eller enligt överenskommelse. Resor ingår i tjänsten. Myrorna har kollektivavtal och erbjuder friskvårdsbidrag. Vi begär in utdrag ur belastningsregistret före beslut om anställning. Myrorna är Sveriges mest välkända butikskedja som säljer second hand med butiker över hela landet. Vi är störst när det gäller att samla in kläder och prylar som kan återanvändas. Verksamheten fungerar som vilken butikskedja som helst. Med budget, krav på försäljning och ekonomiskt överskott. Ändå skiljer vi oss från andra eftersom vårt ekonomiska överskott från försäljningen går till Frälsningsarméns sociala arbete i Sverige. Vårt uppdrag består också av att bidra till en hållbar samhällsförändring genom att få fler svenskar att återanvända. Men också genom att få fler människor som står långt från arbetsmarknaden att komma lite närmare genom arbetspraktik hos oss. De tre uppdragen är centrala för allt vi gör – från hur vi samlar in till hur vi säljer.
