Om tjänsten Hifab Tech söker en installationsledare som vill vara med och forma framtidens fastighetsteknik. Företaget hjälper fastighetsägare och samhällsbyggare att utveckla och optimera installationer, systemlösningar, styr- och reglersystem samt digital teknik, i både byggprojekt och förvaltning. De projektleder och ger teknisk rådgivning vid fastighetsförvärv, införande av ny teknik och proptech-lösningar. Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att ha en uppdragsledande roll, dvs leda och ansvara över installationsprojekt från start till mål självständigt. Du blir en teknisk nyckelperson i både om- och nybyggnadsprojekt. Beroende på din bakgrund och ambition finns det möjlighet till olika inriktningar. Vare sig du siktar på att utvecklas inom stora komplexa uppdrag eller arbeta rådgivande i flera mindre parallella projekt kommer du att möta stor variation i din roll. Du kommer bland annat:

Leda och koordinera installationer inom el, VVS eller styrsystem.

Ansvara för driftsättning, avprovning och samordnad provning

Stötta med teknisk kompetens kopplat till dataunderlag för att möta ökade krav på hållbarhetsrapportering.

Fungera som rådgivare och Tech Lead gällande tekniska lösningar i om- och nybyggnadsprojekt.

Bidra till kompetensdelning inom teamet

Vi söker dig som Har teknisk erfarenhet och trivs i en roll som kombinerar operativt ansvar med strategiskt inflytande. Du driver projekt självständigt och är kommunikativ person som snabbt sätter dig in i olika projektmiljöer och tekniska förutsättningar. Med analytisk förmåga och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt bygger du förtroende hos både kunder och kollegor. Du gillar att verka där teknik och affär möts, tar dig an utmaningar och är bekväm i nya och oväntade situationer. Krav

Minst 3 års erfarenhet som installationsledare i olika typer av projekt

Teknisk utbildning inom relevant område

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med att befintliga installationer som ska byggas om alt. bytas ut under pågående drift.

God kännedom om AB04 och ABT06

Erfarenhet av att ansvarat för driftsättning, avprovning och samordnad provning av fastighetssystem som vs, ventilation, styr/automation etc.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat som entreprenör, beställare eller montör

Erfarenhet inom VDC (BIM)

Arbetat rådgivande med teknisk due diligence inom fastighetsinstallationer
