The posting

Vi på Invici söker en självgående AML- konsult för ett uppdrag på cirka tre månader hos en kund med fina lokaler mitt i centrala Stockholm. Du tar ett operativt ansvar för pågående KYC-ärenden och hjälper verksamheten att etablera nya arbetssätt i samband med införandet av systemet Hummingbird.

Det här är ett uppdrag för dig som vill kombinera operativt AML/KYC-arbete med möjlighet att faktiskt påverka hur arbetet ska fungera framåt. Du kommer in i ett viktigt skede där nya arbetssätt ska etableras och Hummingbird implementeras, vilket ger dig både ett tydligt ansvar och möjlighet att sätta struktur, förbättra processer och göra konkret skillnad på kort tid.

Om rollen

I uppdraget ingår att: • Följa upp öppna KYC-ärenden och driva arbetet med att minska antalet ärenden som väntar på granskning eller dokumentation. • Kontakta kunder och interna kundansvariga för att få in nödvändigt underlag samt säkerställa riskklassificering och dokumentation. • Stödja verksamheten i frågor om AML, KYC och sanktionskontroller. • Vara verksamhetens kontaktperson vid implementeringen av Hummingbird. • Dokumentera processer för KYC, riskbedömningar, AML-kontroller och rapportering, samt tydliggöra ansvarsfördelningen. • Identifiera behov av manuella kontroller där systemstödet inte räcker till. • Ge praktiskt administrativt stöd inom ekonomi och finance.

Våra förväntningar

Vi söker dig som har god erfarenhet av operativt AML- och KYC-arbete, inklusive riskbedömningar och sanktionsscreening. Du har kunskap om GDPR och är van att dokumentera och utveckla processer. Erfarenhet av att implementera complianceverktyg är meriterande. Du behöver kunna arbeta på engelska. För att lyckas i uppdraget behöver du snabbt kunna sätta dig in i pågående ärenden, arbeta strukturerat och kommunicera tydligt med verksamheten. Du är pragmatisk, självgående och trivs med att kombinera operativt arbete med förbättring av processer.

Uppdraget fördelas följande: 1. Operativ AML/KYC-hantering (50%) 2. Hummingbird-implementation (20-30%) 3. Praktiskt stöd till verksamheten inom administration (Ekonomi&Finance) (20-30%)
