Just nu söker vi på Jurek en erfaren interim enhetschef inom biblioteksverksamhet för ett konsultuppdrag hos Ale kommun. Uppdraget innebär att leda och utveckla biblioteksverksamheten under en övergångsperiod i samband med rekrytering av ny ordinarie chef. Vi söker dig som är en trygg och tydlig ledare med erfarenhet av personalansvar, förändringsledning och att hantera komplexa gruppdynamiska situationer. Om rollen och exempel på arbetsuppgifter Som interim enhetschef för Ale kommuns biblioteksverksamhet ansvarar du för ledning av kommunens fyra bibliotek i Surte, Nödinge, Älvängen och Skepplanda. Uppdraget är operativt och kräver hög närvaro i verksamheten. Biblioteken bemannas av elva bibliotekarier med hög kompetens och ett starkt engagemang för det läsfrämjande uppdraget. I rollen ansvarar du för att skapa struktur, tydlighet och goda förutsättningar för verksamheten samtidigt som du arbetar aktivt med grupputveckling och arbetsmiljöfrågor. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Leda och samordna den dagliga biblioteksverksamheten på kommunens fyra bibliotek.

Ansvara för schemaläggning och bemanningsplanering.

Säkerställa tydliga rutiner, arbetssätt och struktur i verksamheten.

Arbeta relationsstärkande och utvecklande tillsammans med arbetsgruppen.

Hantera och lösa konflikter samt driva arbetsmiljöfrågor vid behov.

Omfördela arbetsuppgifter utifrån verksamhetens behov och prioriteringar.

Delta i avdelningens ledningsgrupp och hantera tillhörande administrativa uppgifter.

Representera kommunen i nätverk och samverkansforum för bibliotekschefer.

Din bakgrund, erfarenhet och kompetens Erfarenhet av chef- och personalansvar.

Erfarenhet av att leda verksamheter i förändring eller utveckling.

God vana av arbetsmiljöarbete och personalrelaterade frågor.

Förmåga att uttrycka dig väl på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande är:

Erfarenhet av verksamhets- och personalansvar inom biblioteksverksamhet eller annan kulturverksamhet.

Erfarenhet från chefsroll i politiskt styrd organisation.

Erfarenhet av att hantera gruppdynamiska utmaningar och konflikthantering.

För att lyckas i uppdraget är du en stabil och trygg ledare som skapar förtroende genom tydlighet och närvaro. Du är handlingskraftig, strukturerad och har förmåga att fatta beslut även i utmanande situationer. Vidare är du lyhörd, relationsskapande och har god kompetens inom konflikthantering och grupputveckling. Bra att veta Du blir anställd som konsult hos Jurek för ett heltidsuppdrag hos Ale kommun. Uppdraget beräknas starta den 5 oktober 2026 eller enligt överenskommelse och pågår under cirka fyra månader.
