Om rollen och exempel på arbetsuppgifter Vi söker nu en erfaren och engagerad enhetschef för ett konsultuppdrag inom funktionsstödsområdet. I rollen ansvarar du för att leda och utveckla verksamheten med fokus på kvalitet, rättssäkerhet och evidensbaserat arbete i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning, föreskrifter och kommunala riktlinjer. Du är en trygg, tydlig och modig ledare som trivs med att växla mellan strategiska frågor och operativt ledarskap. Rollen kräver god förmåga att navigera i en politiskt styrd organisation samt att skapa engagemang och driva verksamheten framåt genom förändring och utveckling. Din bakgrund, erfarenhet och kompetens Akademisk utbildning som bedöms relevant för uppdraget.

Erfarenhet av chefsroller inom funktionsstöd och LSS-verksamhet.

Erfarenhet från politiskt styrd organisation.

God kunskap om aktuell lagstiftning och regelverk inom området.

Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift.

B-körkort.

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och utvecklingsarbete.

Bra att veta Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med planerad start den 1 november 2026 och uppdraget löper till den 15 januari 2027, med möjlighet till förlängning vid behov.
