För kunds räkning söker vi nu en erfaren Interim Hållbarhetskonsult med stark kompetens inom ESG-rapportering, datadriven analys och rapportutveckling. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan hållbarhet, regulatoriska krav, data och verksamhetsutveckling. Du kommer att ingå i ett specialistteam med fokus på att säkerställa hög kvalitet i ESG-rapporteringen samt bidra till utvecklingen av framtidens rapporteringsprocesser och systemstöd. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med både verksamhet, IT och andra nyckelintressenter. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Delta i framtagandet av ESG- och hållbarhetsrapportering.

Utveckla rapporteringsprocesser och arbetssätt kopplade till ESG-rapportering, inklusive regulatoriska krav inom exempelvis Pillar 1 och Pillar 3.

Säkerställa leverans av ESG-rapportering enligt gällande regelverk, interna riktlinjer och processer.

Arbeta med stora datamängder, analysera utveckling och sammanställa rapporter till tillsynsmyndigheter.

Definiera och dokumentera framtida processkrav för ESG-rapportering.

Samarbeta med utvecklings- och IT-team för att omsätta verksamhetskrav till tekniska lösningar.

Genomföra tester (UAT) samt delta i verifiering och kvalitetssäkring av nya funktioner och processer.

Bidra till automatisering och effektivisering av rapporteringsflöden.

Vi söker dig som Har flera års erfarenhet av hållbarhetsrapportering och känner dig trygg i komplexa regulatoriska miljöer. Du är analytisk, strukturerad och van att driva processer från kravställning till leverans. Kvalifikationer Krav:

Minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ESG-rapportering och hållbarhetsarbete.

Erfarenhet av utveckling av rapporteringssystem och rapporteringsprocesser.

Erfarenhet av datahantering, rapportering och processautomatisering.

Förmåga att arbeta med processer end-to-end.

Mycket god samarbetsförmåga och vana att arbeta tvärfunktionellt.

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga.

Flytande engelska i tal och skrift.

Goda kunskaper i Excel.

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet från bank- eller finanssektorn.

Förståelse för bankers balansräkning och regulatorisk rapportering.

Kunskaper i SQL.

Erfarenhet av Alteryx.

Erfarenhet av Python eller liknande analysverktyg.

Erfarenhet av kravhantering och systemimplementering.
