Interim Hyresekonom till uppdrag i Kungälv Vi söker en driven och lösningsorienterad interim Hyresekonom till ett uppdrag i Kungälv. Du blir en viktig del av ekonomiavdelningen och får en central roll i arbetet med hyresreskontra, betalningsflöden och ekonomiska avstämningar. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan ekonomi, system och verksamhet. Du har förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i befintliga arbetssätt, samtidigt som du ser förbättringsmöjligheter och gärna bidrar till mer effektiva och moderna processer. Om uppdraget Som Hyresekonom ansvarar du för att hyror och andra kundrelaterade avgifter hanteras korrekt och i rätt tid. Du arbetar operativt med hela flödet, från avisering och betalningar till avstämning, uppföljning och medverkar i bokslutsarbete samt vid behov i budget och prognos. Du bidrar även till att utveckla och digitalisera ekonomiska proceser och rutiner. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor inom organisationen och ett nära samarbete med bland annat ekonomi, kundservice, uthyrning och förvaltning. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av arbete med hyresadministration, hyresreskontra, redovisning eller liknande ekonomiska flöden. Du behöver inte vara specialist inom samtliga delar, men du ska ha tillräcklig erfarenhet för att kunna arbeta självständigt och komma in i uppdraget med relativt kort startsträcka. Vi ser gärna att du har: erfarenhet av hyresreskontra, kundreskontra eller betalningsflöden förståelse för redovisning och månadsvisa avstämningar goda kunskaper i Excel erfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen god systemvana och intresse för digitala arbetssätt

Erfarenhet av Vitec är meriterande. Har du arbetat i ett liknande fastighets- eller ekonomisystem och har lätt för att lära dig nya system är det också relevant. Som person är du noggrann, nyfiken och lösningsorienterad. Du tycker om att sätta dig in i avvikelser och förstå varför något inte stämmer. För att lyckas i uppdraget behöver du också vara kommunikativ, prestigelös och trygg i att samarbeta med olika delar av verksamheten. Vi söker framför allt dig som har ett konsultmässigt förhållningssätt. Du tar initiativ, ser förbättringsmöjligheter och bidrar aktivt, snarare än att enbart förvalta befintliga arbetssätt. Omfattning och start Omfattning: cirka 60-100 % Start: Önskvärt i mitten/slutet av november, för möjlighet till överlämning Uppdragstid: Ca 6 månader Placering: Kungälv (hybridarbete)
