Vill du vara med och utveckla affären i ett väletablerat B2B-företag i Jönköpingsregionen med ett brett produktsortiment. Du kommer in i ett läge där mycket fungerar bra, samtidigt som det finns utrymme att utveckla och sätta riktning. Om rollen Vi söker nu en Interim Marknads- och sortimentsansvarig för ett uppdrag på cirka sex månader. Rollen är central för verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling och innebär ansvar för att utveckla företagets sortiment, e-handel och kommersiella erbjudande för att stärka marknadspositionen och skapa förutsättningar för fortsatt tillväxt. Du arbetar nära försäljningsorganisationen och har en viktig roll i att säkerställa att kunderna möter rätt erbjudande, i rätt kanal och vid rätt tidpunkt. Genom analys av försäljning, kundbehov och marknadstrender omsätter du insikter till prioriteringar, aktiviteter och initiativ som stärker affären och bidrar till ökad försäljning och lönsamhet. I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Ansvara för vidareutveckling och optimering av företagets sortiment utifrån marknadens och kundernas behov

Bidra till att utveckla e-handeln och säkerställa att initiativ och aktiviteter stödjer uppsatta mål för försäljning, kundupplevelse och tillväxt

Säkerställa att marknadsaktiviteter och kampanjer stödjer affärs- och försäljningsmålen

Följa upp och analysera försäljningsdata, marknadsinsatser och sortimentsutveckling samt arbeta med prognoser som stöd för affärsutveckling och tillväxt

Identifiera utvecklings- och förbättringsområden samt omsätta insikter till konkreta initiativ

Fungera som ett stöd till försäljningsorganisationen i kommersiella frågor

Din profil Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från en kommersiell och produktnära B2B-roll där du arbetat med exempelvis sortiment, e-handel, marknad eller affärsutveckling. Du har god förståelse för hur produkter, kundbehov och försäljning samverkar för att skapa tillväxt och lönsamhet. Du är affärsmässig, analytisk och van att omsätta insikter till konkreta initiativ. Rollen passar dig som uppskattar många kontaktytor och trivs i samarbetet med både kollegor och externa partners. Som person är du framåtriktad, driven och kommunikativ. Du har lätt för att skapa struktur, driva frågor framåt och fokusera på det som skapar värde för verksamheten. Vi tror att du trivs i sammanhang där det finns möjlighet att påverka. Du kommer in i ett läge där mycket fungerar bra, samtidigt som det finns utrymme att utveckla, förbättra och sätta riktning inom dina ansvarsområden. Här får du vara med och skapa, inte bara förvalta. Erfarenhet från teknisk handel, industri, distribution eller annan produktorienterad B2B-verksamhet är meriterande.
