Selecta Recruitment söker två seniora organisationskonsulter för ett konsultuppdrag i Solna. Uppdraget passar dig som har djup kompetens inom ledarskap och förändringsledning och vill utveckla chefer genom praktisk träning, reflektion och individuell coaching. Om uppdraget Tillsammans ska konsulterna utforma och genomföra ett fördjupande ledarutvecklingsprogram som bygger vidare på tidigare insatser. Målet är att stärka chefernas individuella ledarskap, förmåga att leda förändring och arbete med organisationens kultur och medarbetarskap. Programmet ska innehålla fem utbildningstillfällen om en halvdag vardera, förberedelser och uppföljning. Därutöver ingår strukturerad individuell feedbackkartläggning och chefscoaching utifrån deltagarnas behov. Dina arbetsuppgifter Utforma och genomföra ett verksamhetsintegrerat ledarutvecklingsprogram. Fördjupa deltagarnas kunskaper inom Full Range Leadership Model, FRLM, och förändringsledning. Leda deltagaraktiva övningar, reflektion och färdighetsträning. Genomföra individuell feedbackkartläggning med Leadforward. Ge individuell återkoppling och behovsanpassad chefscoaching. Stödja deltagarna i att ta fram individuella utvecklings- och handlingsplaner. Anpassa insatsen i nära samarbete med HR och ledning.

Krav för båda konsultrollerna Licensiering i feedbackverktyget Leadforward. Djup kompetens inom FRLM, förändringsledning, grupputveckling, coachande förhållningssätt, återkoppling och konflikthantering. Kompetens inom individuell återkoppling och coaching. Vana att arbeta nära ledning och HR samt anpassa program efter strategiska förflyttningar. Förmåga att leda deltagaraktiva övningar och färdighetsträning.

Ytterligare krav för huvudkonsulten Legitimerad psykolog. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utforma och genomföra verksamhetsintegrerade ledarutvecklingsprogram för chefer. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av motsvarande chefscoaching och ledarprogram inom fastighetsbolag. God kännedom om den verksamhet som Signalisten bedriver.

Praktisk information Antal konsulter: 2, varav en huvudkonsult. Plats: Solna/Stockholm. Omfattning: Enligt överenskommelse utifrån programmets upplägg. Uppdragsperiod: 2 november 2026–30 juni 2027. Förlängning: Möjlighet till förlängning i upp till 12 månader. Distansarbete: Vissa planerings- och coachingsamtal kan genomföras digitalt efter överenskommelse.
