Just nu söker vi på Jurek en erfaren och trygg ledare för ett konsultuppdrag som interim Verksamhetschef Planer, Is- och Sporthallar hos Göteborgs Stads Idrotts- och föreningsförvaltning. I rollen får du ett övergripande ansvar för att leda och utveckla en omfattande verksamhet med flera underställda chefer samt ansvar för verksamhet, ekonomi och personal. Uppdraget passar dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av strategiskt ledarskap, förändringsarbete och att leda genom chefer i större organisationer. Om rollen och exempel på arbetsuppgifter Som interim Verksamhetschef Planer, Is- och Sporthallar blir du en del av Göteborgs Stads Idrotts- och föreningsförvaltning och rapporterar till avdelningschef för anläggning. Du ingår i avdelningens ledningsgrupp och har ett övergripande ansvar för verksamhet, ekonomi och personal inom verksamhetsområdet. Du leder verksamheten genom sju enhetschefer och arbetar nära såväl ledningsgrupp som stödfunktioner för att säkerställa att verksamhetens mål uppnås. Rollen innebär att leda, utveckla och följa upp verksamheten med fokus på kvalitet, effektivitet och långsiktig utveckling. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat att:

Leda och utveckla verksamheten genom underställda chefer.

Ansvara för verksamhetsplanering, budget och personalfrågor.

Säkerställa att verksamhetens mål, prioriteringar och arbetssätt är tydliga och väl förankrade.

Driva och genomföra förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete.

Följa upp verksamhetens resultat samt genomföra analyser och skapa beslutsunderlag.

Samverka med interna och externa intressenter, samarbetspartners och föreningar.

Bidra till det strategiska arbetet inom avdelningens ledningsgrupp.

Din bakgrund, erfarenhet och kompetens Högskoleexamen inom ekonomi, samhällsvetenskap eller annan utbildning som bedöms likvärdig.

Minst fem års erfarenhet som chef med budget- och personalansvar inom offentlig verksamhet.

Flera års erfarenhet av att leda genom chefer med goda resultat.

Erfarenhet av målstyrning, förändringsledning och att framgångsrikt ha genomfört förändringsarbete.

Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är en trygg, tydlig och engagerande ledare som skapar förtroende och goda förutsättningar för dina medarbetare och chefer. Du har ett strategiskt perspektiv, samtidigt som du är handlingskraftig och resultatorienterad. Vidare är du kommunikativ, relationsskapande och van att samarbeta med många olika intressenter. Bra att veta Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid hos Göteborgs Stads Idrotts- och föreningsförvaltning. Uppdraget omfattar perioden 1 november 2026 till 28 februari 2027 och merparten av arbetet utförs på plats hos kunden.
