Vill du leda och utveckla en viktig controllerfunktion i en samhällsbärande verksamhet? Nu söker vi en erfaren Interimledare för gruppen controllers inom ekonomiavdelning för ett konsultuppdrag hos Göteborgs stad, där du får en central roll i att driva och utveckla förvaltningens ekonomistyrning och uppföljning. Om rollen och exempel på arbetsuppgifter I rollen som Interim ledare för controllers leder du controllergruppen inom ekonomiavdelningen och rapporterar direkt till avdelningschefen för ekonomi. Uppdraget har ett tydligt fokus på controllingprocesser, ekonomisk uppföljning, rapportering, budgetarbete, prognoser och projektredovisning. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Ha övergripande ansvar för förvaltningens ekonomiska uppföljning och rapportering.

Leda, fördela och utveckla arbetet inom controllergruppen som består av åtta medarbetare.

Planera, samordna och utveckla verksamhetens controllingprocesser.

Säkerställa att rapportering, analyser och beslutsunderlag håller hög kvalitet samt uppfyller gällande regelverk och krav.

Ansvara för planering och genomförande av budget-, prognos- och rapporteringsprocesser samt presentationsmaterial till ledning och verksamhet.

Stödja och utveckla den ekonomiska uppföljningen i nära samarbete med andra avdelningar inom förvaltningen.

Bidra till utvecklingen av ekonomistyrningen i en investeringsintensiv verksamhet.

Din bakgrund, erfarenhet och kompetens Akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi.

Bred erfarenhet av arbete inom ekonomiavdelning och ekonomistyrning.

Flerårig erfarenhet av arbetsledning med personalansvar inom ekonomiområdet.

Minst 7-10 års erfarenhet som kvalificerad controller.

God förmåga att driva processer, skapa struktur och utveckla arbetssätt.

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet från kommunal eller regional verksamhet.

Erfarenhet från investeringsintensiv verksamhet.

Erfarenhet från projektstyrda organisationer eller verksamheter.

För att lyckas i uppdraget ser vi att du är en trygg och kommunikativ ledare med god samarbetsförmåga. Du arbetar strukturerat, har ett analytiskt förhållningssätt och trivs i en roll där du kombinerar operativt arbete med strategisk utveckling. Bra att veta Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med önskad start snarast möjligt. Uppdraget löper till och med 2027-02-28 med möjlighet till förlängning i upp till sex månader.
