Vi söker nu en erfaren Interimschef inom Ekonomi & IT till ett kvalificerat konsultuppdrag i Visby. Rollen passar dig som har gedigen ledarerfarenhet från ekonomi, IT eller annan stödfunktion och som är van att leda både medarbetare, processer och förändringsarbete i en organisation med flera bolag eller affärsområden. Om uppdraget Som Interimschef för Ekonomi & IT leder du ett kompetent team om cirka 10 medarbetare. Avdelningen ansvarar för att stödja flera bolag inom bland annat: Controlling Redovisning Fakturering IT

Du ingår i koncernledningen och rapporterar direkt till VD. Verksamheten befinner sig i ett omfattande förändringsarbete där du får en central roll i att skapa struktur, driva utveckling och säkerställa att ekonomi- och IT-funktionerna ger ett effektivt stöd till verksamheten. Arbetsuppgifter Leda och utveckla teamet inom Ekonomi & IT Ansvara för personal, prioriteringar och arbetsfördelning Säkerställa kvalitet och effektivitet inom controlling och redovisning Ansvara för att faktureringsprocesser fungerar effektivt Säkerställa att IT-funktionen stödjer verksamhetens behov Utveckla och effektivisera arbetsprocesser Driva och bidra aktivt i pågående förändringsarbete Stödja utveckling av systemstöd och digitalisering Bidra i frågor kopplade till informationssäkerhet Delta aktivt i koncernledningens arbete Samarbeta nära med VD och övriga chefer i organisationen

Kravprofil Vi söker dig som har: Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledarskap med personalansvar Erfarenhet från ekonomi, IT eller annan relevant stödfunktion Erfarenhet av att utveckla arbetsprocesser Dokumenterad erfarenhet av förändringsarbete God förståelse för IT som verksamhetsstöd God förståelse för systemstöd och digitalisering Förståelse för informationssäkerhet Högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi, redovisning eller liknande område, alternativt motsvarande relevant arbetslivserfarenhet Mycket god svenska och engelska

Meriterande Det är särskilt meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet från organisationer med flera bolag eller affärsområden Erfarenhet av att leda en kombinerad ekonomi- och IT-funktion Erfarenhet av större förändrings- eller transformationsinitiativ Erfarenhet från energibranschen eller annan komplex verksamhet Erfarenhet av arbete i ledningsgrupp
