Vi söker nu både juniora och seniora kandidater inom registratur, arkiv och dokumenthantering till kommande uppdrag hos våra kunder runt om i landet. Om kommande uppdrag Vi söker löpande efter nya konsulter inom registratur, arkiv och dokumenthantering för kommande konsultuppdrag. Bemannia har kunder över hela landet, från Umeå i norr till Malmö i söder. Observera att detta endast är en intresseanmälan för framtida uppdrag inom området. Vi söker bland annat: 📥 Registratorer 🗄️ Arkivarier 📁 Dokumentcontrollers 📑 Dokumentadministratörer 🗂️ Informationsadministratörer 💻 Specialister inom dokument- och informationshantering 👋 Vem är du? Du trivs i en roll där struktur, noggrannhet och informationshantering är en naturlig del av vardagen. Kanske är du den som gärna skapar ordning i stora informationsmängder, säkerställer att dokument hanteras korrekt eller tycker om att arbeta metodiskt med registrering, arkivering och administrativa flöden. 🗂️ Vi söker dig som.. Högskoleutbildning eller likvärdig utbildning inom arkivvetenskap, registrator eller informationskunskap. Erfarenhet i rollen som arkivarie eller registrator Kunskaper om dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem, exempelvis Public 360, W3D3, Platina, iipax One eller Visual Arkiv. Kännedom om de lagar och förordningar som styr offentlig verksamhet samt arkivariens funktion och ansvar.
