Ferieanställning. Arbetsuppgifter. I ditt arbete kommer du att tillsammans med en arbetslaget ansvara för elevernas utveckling och lärande mot läroplanens mål. I arbetet läggs undervisningen upp utifrån elevernas behov och sker i olika former såsom helklass, halvklasser och mindre grupper utifrån elevernas behov. Du arbetar tillsammans med en kollega i klassen då vi arbetar med 2- lärarsystem i alla våra klasser på lågstadiet. Du arbetar för att ge barnen möjlighet till inflytande, utvecklas, lära och samspela med kamrater. I din tjänst ingår att vara mentor för elever. Du planerar, genomför, utvärderar och utvecklar det pedagogiska arbetet utifrån gällande styrdokument. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har examen och lärarlegitimation mot åk 1-6 eller motsvarande. Vi ser att du: ● Är en tydlig ledare som tillsammans med kollegor i arbetslaget är med och skapar en strukturerad och god pedagogisk miljö där varje elev har möjlighet att växa utifrån sina förutsättningar. ● Är bekväm med att använda både svenska och engelska i mötet med barn och vuxna. ● Är kreativ, vågar tänka och pröva nytt tillsammans med andra. ● Är flexibel, samarbetsvillig och har en god förmåga att skapa goda relationer och klarar av det som händer och måste hantera i vardagen. ● Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.
