Startdatum: Oktober Slutdatum: Option på förlängning Omfattning: 100% Plats: Stockholm / hybrid Uppdragsbeskrivning Vår kund söker en erfaren IT-projektledare för att leda och samordna IT-relaterade aktiviteter i samband med att nya digitala och tekniska anläggningar tas in i produktionsmiljö. Uppdraget bedrivs i en komplex och verksamhetskritisk miljö där IT, OT, tekniska system, drift och förvaltning behöver fungera tillsammans. Rollen utgör en viktig länk mellan tekniska projekt, IT-organisationen och verksamheten. Konsulten ansvarar för att identifiera behov och beroenden, skapa struktur för införandet samt säkerställa att berörda system, processer, resurser och kompetenser är förberedda inför produktionssättning. Arbetet innebär många kontaktytor och nära samverkan med bland annat verksamhetsrepresentanter, tekniska specialister, arkitekter, ekonomifunktioner, ledning, drift- och förvaltningsorganisationer samt externa leverantörer och systemintegratörer. Flera projekt och initiativ kan drivas parallellt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Leda och koordinera IT/OT-relaterade aktiviteter inför produktionssättning av nya digitala anläggningar.

Identifiera tekniska behov, beroenden, risker och nödvändiga förberedelser tillsammans med berörda verksamhets- och teknikteam.

Samordna påverkan på system, tjänster, processer, resurser och kompetens inom IT- och förvaltningsorganisationen.

Strukturera samarbetet mellan IT, OT, drift, underhåll, verksamhet och externa teknikleverantörer.

Driva flera parallella införanden samt följa upp tidplaner, aktiviteter och leveranser.

Rapportera status, avvikelser och behov av åtgärder till relevanta intressenter och beslutsfattare.

Skall-krav Flera års erfarenhet som IT-projektledare.

Flera års erfarenhet av att leda IT/OT-relaterade projekt inom tillgångsförvaltning, exempelvis inom infrastruktur, anläggning, industri eller fastighet.

Erfarenhet från minst två uppdrag där man lett förändringsarbete vid införande av nya system eller arbetssätt i miljöer där IT- och OT-system påverkas.

Erfarenhet från minst två uppdrag med aktiv ledning och samordning mellan interna teknik- och verksamhetsfunktioner samt externa leverantörer eller systemintegratörer.

Minst tre års dokumenterad erfarenhet från komplexa systemmiljöer där flera realtids- och/eller OT-system integreras för verksamhetskritiska processer.

Minst ett tidigare uppdrag där konsulten har arbetat professionellt på engelska i både tal och skrift.

Meriterande Erfarenhet från minst två uppdrag som omfattat upphandling enligt regelverk för offentlig upphandling.

Praktisk erfarenhet av minst två områden inom digital tillgångsförvaltning, exempelvis EAM/CMMS, GIS-integrationer, sensor-/IoT-lösningar eller data- och informationsstyrning.

Erfarenhet från offentlig sektor.
