Nu söker vi en erfaren IT-projektledare till ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en verksamhet i framkant, där du får en nyckelroll i att omsätta AI-möjligheter till hållbara och verksamhetsnära lösningar. Om uppdraget Poolia söker nu en IT-projektledare för ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag i Stockholm/Solna. Uppdraget innebär att leda ett AI-projekt genom hela livscykeln, från behovsanalys och kravställning till implementering och etablering av en långsiktig operationsförmåga. Du blir den naturliga länken mellan verksamhet och teknik och arbetar nära IT-specialister, arkitekter, informationssäkerhetsexperter och andra intressenter. Fokus ligger på att skapa struktur, driva beslut framåt och säkerställa att AI-lösningar kan implementeras på ett säkert, kontrollerat och affärsmässigt sätt. I rollen ansvarar du för att:

Leda och koordinera AI-projekt från planering till införande i drift

Omsätta verksamhetsbehov till tydliga krav och aktiviteter

Säkerställa samverkan mellan verksamhet, IT, arkitektur och informationssäkerhet

Driva frågor inom AI-governance, compliance och regulatoriska krav

Bidra till uppbyggnaden av AI-operationsförmåga med fokus på förvaltning, övervakning, säkerhet och incidenthantering

Säkerställa hög kvalitet, tydliga leveranser och konkret verksamhetsnytta

Vi söker dig som Har flera års erfarenhet av att leda tekniska IT-projekt

Har god förståelse för AI, generativ AI och datadrivna lösningar

Är van att arbeta i komplexa organisationer med många intressenter

Kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Är strukturerad, drivande och lösningsorienterad

Kan översätta komplexa tekniska frågor till tydliga verksamhetsbeslut

Meriterande Erfarenhet av AI-projekt i större organisationer

Erfarenhet av AI/MLOps eller liknande operationsförmågor

Kunskap inom informationssäkerhet, AI-governance och compliance

Erfarenhet från regulatoriskt styrda verksamheter

Bakgrund från teknikintensiva organisationer
