The posting

Vi söker en IT Service Desk Support till ett företag i Malmö. Start är snarast möjligt, 6 månaders tidsbegränsat uppdrag till att börja med. Denna roll är 100% onsite i Malmö.

Uppdrag: Som servicedeskmedarbetare kommer du främst att ge användarsupport och service till kunder gällande all typ av felsökningar eller kontohanteringar. Du ger även support till kunder relaterat till den hårdvara som används i kombination med företagets systemlösningar.

Du kommer att ha telefonen och ärendehanteringssystem som dina främsta arbetsredskap och du besvarar löpande inkommande ärenden.

Vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter är:

* Felsökning av nätverksutrustning * Kontohantering * Lättare tekniska frågor * Samarbeta med teamet för att effektivt lösa kundärenden och eskalera vid behov  

Som person är du: * Social och driven person som gillar att arbeta i en roll med högt tempo och omväxling. * Uppskattar att arbeta i team gärna delar med dig av dina kunskaper, samtidigt som du också kan arbeta självständigt och fokuserat när så krävs. * Stresstålig, lösningsfokuserad och flexibel. 

Denna roll kräver flytande kunskaper i både svenska och engelska.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på 100% via Incluso i Malmö. Start är snarast möjligt, 6månaders tidsbegränsat uppdrag till att börja med. Denna roll är 100% onsite i Malmö.
