Vi söker nu en till grym konsult till en av våra kunder i Borås. Rollen som IT supportspecialist innebär att man är en del av kundens IT servicedesk och tar emot, hanterar, löser och dokumenterar olika IT problem från organisationens användare. För detta behöver du ha ett genuint IT intresse och en förmåga att supportera användare via telefon. Du kommer arbeta efter uppsatta processer och rutiner och det är viktigt att du är noggrann i ditt arbete. Som konsult representerar du, och är ansiktet utåt för både Nexer och kunden. Om tjänsten Som konsult inom IT-support hos aktuell kund i Borås arbetar du brett inom IT och användarstöd. Det är stort fokus på kund- och kundbemötande samt att dokumentera och uppdatera kunskapsdatabas. Du förväntas kunna samla bra information och felsöka så snabbt som möjligt för att åtgärda användarens problem. I rollen ingår det även att lyfta förbättringsförslag och hålla gemensam information uppdaterad. Vi ser gärna att du

Har erfarenhet av kundtjänst eller tidigare arbetat med IT support

Har ett genuint IT-intresse (kanske byggde du din första PC innan du lärde dig gå?)

Motiveras av att lösa problem och lämna användaren med ett leende på läpparna

Trivs i att bemöta människor och ge stöttning på ett pedagogiskt sätt

Är strukturerad och noggrann som person

Har obehindrade kunskaper i svenska i både tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har arbetat i något ärendehanteringssystem och är bekant med Microsoft Office. För att trivas i rollen som konsult hos oss tror vi att du har god analytisk förmåga, tar initiativ och är ihärdig när det gäller felsökning och problemlösning. Vi tror även att du har god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med att arbeta både individuellt och i grupp, eftersom du som konsult kan komma att arbeta i olika sammanhang.
