Tillsammans med vår kund söker vi nu en IT Supporttekniker som vill bli en del av ett globalt Service Desk-team. Här får du arbeta med användarnära IT-support i en modern och internationell miljö med stort fokus på Mac och Google Workspace. Du blir en del av ett team som arbetar nära verksamheten och där service, struktur och problemlösning är viktiga delar av det dagliga arbetet. Om rollen: Som IT Supporttekniker arbetar du med support till organisationens användare och hanterar ärenden både digitalt och på plats. Du arbetar framför allt i en Mac-baserad miljö och hjälper användare med tekniska problem kopplade till deras arbetsplats och IT-miljö. I rollen ingår även att dokumentera och följa upp ärenden samt bidra till att utveckla och förbättra teamets arbetssätt och support. Rollen passar dig som tycker om kombinationen av teknik, problemlösning och kontakt med människor och som trivs i en miljö där dagarna kan se olika ut. Arbetsuppgifter: Hantera supportärenden via telefon, ärendehanteringssystem och walk-in

Felsöka mjukvara, hårdvara och andra tekniska problem

Arbeta med support i en huvudsakligen Mac-baserad miljö

Hantera onboarding och offboarding av användare

Ge onsite-support kopplat till arbetsplatsens IT-miljö

Hantera och administrera IT-utrustning

Registrera och följa upp incidenter och serviceförfrågningar

Dokumentera lösningar och uppdatera kunskapsartiklar

Bidra till förbättringar inom Service Desk och support

Vem vi söker: Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av IT-support, Service Desk eller liknande användarnära IT-roller. Du är van vid att felsöka tekniska problem och känner dig trygg med att hjälpa användare med varierande teknisk kunskap. Du har erfarenhet av Mac och macOS samt Google Workspace och har en god grundläggande förståelse för hårdvara, operativsystem och nätverk. Du har också erfarenhet av att arbeta i ärendehanteringssystem. Har du arbetat i flera olika ärendehanteringssystem och är van vid att sätta dig in i nya verktyg är det meriterande. Som person är du serviceinriktad, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du kommunicerar tydligt, tar ansvar för dina ärenden och trivs med att samarbeta med både kollegor och användare. Rollen kräver mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Om CONSULTING it: När du börjar hos oss som konsult på CONSULTING it blir du en del av vår gemenskap.
