Vi söker nu en IT Supporttekniker till en kund där du blir en viktig del av den dagliga IT-leveransen. Du kommer att möta användare direkt i verksamheten och hjälpa till att hålla arbetsplatser, utrustning och IT-tjänster fungerande. Bland annat kommer du att: Felsöka datorer, mobiler, skrivare och annan IT-utrustning Hantera installation, konfiguration och underhåll av klienter och kringutrustning Hjälpa användare med konton, lösenord och behörighetsrelaterade frågor Hantera enklare nätverksproblem och anslutningar Arbeta med exempelvis switchar, routrar och brandväggar Ge support kopplad till Microsoft 365 och andra molntjänster Dokumentera och följa upp ärenden Vara ute i verksamheten och lösa tekniska problem på plats

Vi tror att du har Du har erfarenhet av IT-support och teknisk felsökning och känner dig trygg med att arbeta med både hårdvara, mjukvara, applikationer och nätverk. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du också vara: Serviceinriktad och lösningsfokuserad Kommunikativ och pedagogisk i kontakten med användare Självständig och strukturerad Bekväm med att arbeta praktiskt och nära verksamheten Van vid att prioritera och hantera flera supportärenden parallellt

Svenska behöver du kunna obehindrat i både tal och skrift. B-körkort är ett krav.
